Important: If the ActivBoard 500 Pro has been upgraded to the latest ActivBoard HID firmware, it is no longer possible to disable the touch feature in ActivManager. You can instead disable touch within Windows 7 or disable touch within Windows 10.
Locate the ActivManager icon in your system tray or taskbar. On Mac OS X and Linux, this icon is located in the top right corner of your screen. Different versions of Windows will have slightly different taskbars, but all are located either as icons in the bottom right of the screen, or can be accessed by clicking the small triangle to expand the icon list.
Click the icon and choose Control Panel from the popup list. You will be presented with the following screen:
Along the top of the window you will see several tabs. Choose Pens and remove the tick from the option Use your fingers to operate the board.
The touch feature will now be disabled. Simply place the tick back into the box to re-enable touch support.
