1676 – How do I convert a flipchart, Smart Notebook file or PDF in ClassFlow Desktop?

You can use ClassFlow Desktop to convert flipcharts, Smart Notebook files and PDFs to ClassFlow lessons. Converting a file to a ClassFlow lesson will not affect the original file.

To convert a flipchart, Smart Notebook file or PDF to a ClassFlow lesson:

  1. Select Browse from the menu.

  2. Select Convert File to Lesson.
  3. Locate and select the file you wish to convert.
  4. Select Open.
  5. The converted file will open as a ClassFlow lesson in Lesson Builder.
  6. You can now use your new lesson as you would any ClassFlow lesson.

ClassFlow lessons can be uploaded from ClassFlow Desktop to your ClassFlow online resources. Ensure you have logged into your ClassFlow account from the Settings option in the menu, open the ClassFlow lesson, and open the menu in the top left corner. Select Upload to ClassFlow to upload it to your ClassFlow online resources.
